FaithWise is where we explore and build for the human side of the AI transformation. We are hopeful about AI. The question is not only how to protect people from technology. It is how that capability can extend human agency without quietly diminishing the judgment, creativity, and relationship it was meant to serve.

What we're building
Core Compass is an evolving human-centered methodology that helps people recognize and articulate what is particularly theirs, bring greater clarity and alignment to their choices, and participate intentionally in who they are becoming. AI supports the process without becoming the authority on a person's meaning, judgment, or identity.
Core Compass is currently taking shape in three settings.
Individuals
A structured, reflective process for discovering what is particularly yours—what has formed you, what matters to you, how you see and judge. The result is not a fixed profile, but a living compass for making choices with greater clarity and agency.
Education
Coursework and tools that help students use AI without outsourcing the thinking and judgment that education is meant to develop—what they want technology to strengthen, and what they need to practice for themselves.
Teams & organizations
A way to make the distinct human intelligence within a group more visible: what different people notice, value, question, and bring to collective judgment. It helps teams consider what should remain meaningfully human.
